Are your items made to order?

Yes. All APRYY pieces are made after an order is placed.

This allows us to reduce waste and focus on quality, fit, and intention.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because orders move into production shortly after purchase, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive quickly after production.

Based on our current fulfillment process:

  • United States: typically delivered within 7 business days
  • South Korea: typically delivered within 5 business days

Depending on location and shipping conditions, delivery may take up to 14 business days from the date of purchase.

Is the shipping time guaranteed?

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
While most orders arrive earlier, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Why might my order arrive later than expected?

In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volume.
If this happens, we’ll communicate clearly and keep you informed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. APRYY ships worldwide.
International delivery times may vary by destination.
